2. EU statutory right of withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days after you acquire physical possession of the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
You may use the model withdrawal form available from consumer advice bodies or send an unequivocal statement to our email address before the deadline expires. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.
3. Exceptions for sealed goods
Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive provides that the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Many dietary supplements fall within this category once the safety seal is broken. If you are unsure whether your item remains sealed and eligible, contact us with photos before returning.
This exception does not remove your rights if the product is defective or not as described under national sales law.
4. Defective or non-conforming products
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and related provisions, you may invoke remedies if the goods are defective or deviate from what you reasonably expected based on our description. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We may request photographs of the packaging, batch code, and damage. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on circumstances.
5. Practical return steps
- Email us with subject line “Return” and your order number.
- Wait for written instructions including the return address; do not ship to random addresses found online.
- Pack items securely with outer packaging to prevent crushing.
- Retain proof of postage until the refund is completed.
6. Refund execution
After we receive and inspect eligible returns, we will refund all payments received from you, including outbound delivery costs at the basic rate where the law requires, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the goods back or evidence that you have sent them. Refunds use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise.
7. Who pays return shipping
Where you withdraw under statutory rights and the goods are eligible for return, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to cover those costs or we failed to inform you that you must bear them. For defective goods, we will reimburse reasonable return postage upon production of receipts where applicable.
8. Business purchasers
If you purchase as a business, statutory consumer withdrawal may not apply. Contractual return windows, if any, will be stated in your commercial agreement or invoice terms.
